5-Bed House with distant sea views in Plymouth

Please read all of the information before booking.. Welcome to our beautiful house in Plymouth. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer box and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10. The livingroom enjoys a distant sea view over the Plymouth Sound. There are board games and books for you to use. The house is accessible via a service ally and via an external spiral staircase, so please be advised this may not be suitable for those differently abled, the elderly or small children. This is the only access to the house and that is reflected in the low price. All 5 bedrooms contain the following: - A double bed - A hanging space, drawers and dressing table There are 2 bathrooms, both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a small garden. There is on road parking facilities available at the property which are free after 11am and weekends. If you are outside of these times you can purchase a visitors pass at £2.50 per day per car. We are 10 minute walk to the city centre and 15-20 minute walk to the Hoe and Barbican. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. There is a highly sensitive alarm system that will sound easily - Pets are allowed at the property, however we would ask that you discuss this with us prior to booking. - Shoe must not be worn inside the house - Quite time between 10pm and 8am - No parties - No all male groups unless contractors - Bookings will not be accepted on behalf of other people unless otherwise agreed
