Surrounded by an unbelievable sense of peace, Kumquart Estate is a brand new and stunning property with private pool able to sleep up to 20 guests in stylish interiors. Offering total privacy and seclusion, yet located less than 2km away from the sandy beaches of Agios Georgios bay, Kumquart estate is really the place to be. Enjoy long days under the Corfiot sun, live in contact with the most uspoilt nature and wildlife, dive by the pool, enjoy a drink at sunset, or relax by listening to the gentle sound of the cicadas: at Kumquart Estate, nature and its elements will give the rhythm to your day. Kumquart Estate is composed by 6 (20 guests), stylish and self-contained units rented together as a whole property to benefit from total privacy (there are no other properties overlooking the estate) and private use of the pool. The whole property has been cleverly designed with an eco-friendly aim, using old techniques mixed with modern materials. The 6 units are named respectively “Kumquat”, “Mandarin”, “Orange”, “Grapefruit”, "Lemon" and "Pergamot". Kumquat and Mandarin are identical, set over one floor, and located next to each other. Each ones features a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a great shower room. Orange, once again on one floor, has 2 airy en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a kitchen. Its room has its private bathroom. Finally, the larger Grapefruit, is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a well appointed kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where a living area as well as the master bedroom suite (with its own bathroom) is located. Lemon and Pergamot, are the two new apartments constructed in 2021, situated in the north side of the swimming pool (opposite to the 4 other apartments). Both of them on one floor, have 2 airy en-suite bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, as well as a kitchen. Its room has its private bathroom. Beautiful wooden beams, attention to the details, natural materials, top quality fittings complement the setting. The whole property is air-conditioned through (included in the rental price). Outside, the whole property is surrounded by unspoilt land with fruit trees, scented flowers, Mediterranean trees: it is a true heaven! Guests have at their exclusive disposal a large private pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.7m) equipped with comfortable sunbeds to relax and suntan under the shining Greek sun (pool towels are included). The property as well as the pool area offer total privacy, with no other houses overlooking. For the lover of outdoor dining, barbecue is available for delicious charcoal-grilled meals. Private parking is available on the premises. NOTE: The guests are renting the whole property with private use of the pool. As our prices are calculated on the number of occupants, please note that, despite having the exclusive use of the premises, the grounds, the pool, etc, only a number of beds equal to the number of booked guests will be prepared (ie: if 6 guests are booked, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms will be prepared. Please be so kind to arrange with us prior to check-in which bedrooms would you like to have available and ready).
