Our large 6 bedroom villa with private heated pool will cater for all your holiday needs. It's perfect for families or friends wishing to holiday together. Village location offering lovely walks and peaceful surroundings. The Villa is spacious, with 6 large bedrooms, 3 with ensuite. Great open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen. Modern and clean so that you can enjoy your holiday in comfort. Multiple beaches in 1 direction and National park, with lakes and stunning scenery, in the other. You can choose to be as busy or as relaxed as you wish. There's no need to decide now, see how you feel when you get there. The perfect outdoor area has plenty of space to sunbathe, relax, play and dine. We have a lovely 10m x 5m private pool, large terraces, decking areas and a secluded garden. There's a choice of outdoor areas depending on how you wish to spend your holiday. The established trees and parasols offer shade when needed. Less than 20 years old, the villa was cleverly built to remain cool during the summer time. Our villa is perfectly positioned in a quiet village location yet within easy reach of everything. Within 10 minutes you could be in the spa town Lamalou-les-Bains, or the lovely market town of Pezenas. 25 minutes away is Beziers, the oldest city in France. Faugères is a commune in the Hérault department, Languedoc Roussillion, part of Occitanie, in southern France. The village is known for quality wines and the appellation now covers white, rosé, and red. The location will suit everyone's holiday needs. If you want to take a break from lounging around the pool you can walk to the local cave for wine tasting, coffee or lunch. Close by we have several beautiful white sandy beaches, numerous Chateaus, lakes, restaurants and other amenities such as supermarkets etc. Excellent location for all outdoor sports, cycling, walking, rock climbing, hiking, river canoe and kayaking. Faugères is visited by a weekly Pizza maker, butcher and grocer, plus we have a newly opened bakery. Regular markets are held in the nearby villages. There's also the Canal Du Midi, Pezenas and the popular spa town Lamalou-les-Bains; which is a great starting point for walks, horse riding and cycling. Bédarieux is the starting point for the PassaPaïs cycle route; with almost 80km of cycle path taking you to Mazamet. We'll provide a full compendium of 'things to do' and 'places to visit'. Forty minutes from Montpellier voted best city in France. Just 1hr 20mins to Carccassone with it's medieval walled city and castle or to Perpignan and the Spanish Border. The charming port town of Sete with its Jazz festival is within 1 hours drive. Or a little bit closer is the Artist town of Pezenas and it's night Market and Roman Agde. Further afield is Nimes, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and the Cote D'Azure. Located within 20 minutes of Beziers, the crossroads for travel. With it's Airport, the A75 for Paris, the TGV, and the A9 from Barcelona to Venice. Several other Airports are located within an hour; Montpellier, Carccassone, Perpignan, Nimes. A central location for all the very best the South Of France has to offer. Minimum of 7 nights stay during the peak season of July and August, with a minimum of 4 nights stay in May, June, September and October.
