Guests have access to the complete unit. It is completely self contained. The stairs in the centre of the complex are well lit, and easily accessible from secure rear car park with electric remote controlled gates and front. Plenty of parking on esplanade out the front of the apartment. Host can meet guests on arrival. If arriving at odd hours, key will be in lock box by front door. As unit is self contained, I won't contact guests during their stay unless they contact me with a query or problem. Please ask me if you require a later checkout. It should not be an issue if there is no new booking on the same day of your departure. It is important that the apartment is kept clean and tidy.
