Located between Bunbury and Busselton with our own winery region the Ferguson Valley is just 20 minutes away to the east. World-class beaches and wineries in Margaret River are just 1-hour drives away for those who would like to do day trips. It's also ideal for those traveling through to the South West or traveling from the South West to Perth. Guest can prepare their meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a 4 burner gas cooktop and oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker kitchenware, and a refrigerator. Beautifully appointed space boasts over 100 square meters of private living which include a private entrance, living, dining, kitchen outdoor living area, bedroom, large ensuite plus outdoor day bed area, and pergola. All of this area will be your private space. Please note Infants under 2 years of age are at no extra charge. When placing a reservation please enter the number of people including adults or children up to 4 persons from 2 years of age. Then send me a message to let us know that there will be infants under 2 years of age. Please bring your own portable cots etc to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
