This beautiful manor house was renovated in 2002 and is now a beautiful holiday home. It Is situated close to the centre of the village on a large plot which is not dissimilar to a park! The grounds contain plenty of trees, which ensure that there are plenty of shady spots on a warm summers day. Alternatively cool off in the outside swimming pool. Inside you will benefit from a spacious kitchen, cosy living area, four colourful bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please note, the bathroom on the ground floor is accessed via the utility room. The property is close to the Lake Arjuzanx which is the perfect destination guests wishing to explore by either foot, bike or horseback. The Landes Department is the second largest region in France (in size) and offers countless highlights such as the 106km long sandy beach, which starts in Bisarosse, the thermal baths or the largest forested mountainscape in Europe. Please note, on request and for an extra fee of EUR 100/person/week the house offers room for two additional guests. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 25.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out. Up to 1 pet is allowed.
