Two bathrooms, one of the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The use of a cosy lounge, with TV and the use of amazon prime via a fire stick, books and games. A fully equiped spacious kitchen / dining room. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Street parking outside the house is available between 1600 and 1000. Between 1000 and 1600 there are restrictions, however free parking can be used one street away. 10 minutes walk from R D & E Hospital, Exeter Jutes house is set in a quiet street in lovely area of Heavitree, just 20 minutes walk from the city centre, 35 mins walk from the University and 10 minutes walk to the hospital. The main bus route is at the top of the road and runs every 15 minutes in the daytime. Nearby in Heavitree Pleasure Ground which is a park with facilities for picnicking, skateboarding, basketball, BMX, tennis and bowls. Heavitree high street is 2 minutes walk, with pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and fuel. Exeter is set on the river Exe, it has a cathedral, numerous theatres, museums and galleries and has a vibrant shopping centre and a historic quay. The beach is nearby in Exmouth or Torquay, and also Dartmoor to visit.
