Holiday villa with private swimming pool and whirlpool, just 70 m from the sea in Sangineto Lido, a town in the province of Cosenza, along the Tyrrhenian side of the region. The house is located inside a fenced site within a tourist complex composed of villas. Here you will spend an unforgettable holiday, in the name of white sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. On the first floor there are two double bedroomsl with en -suite bathrooms and a terrace equipped with a whirlpool (four places), where you can relax enjoying the splendid sea view. An internal staircase leads in the basement floor, where the other four bedrooms with en -suite bathroom. There is also a large well-kept garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants, where reading a book, sunbathing or taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. Near the swimming pool there is also an equipped patio, ideal for outdoor dining. From the villa you can walk to the nearby sandy beach, with tourist equipment suitable for all needs. Visit the nearby and suggestive "Castello del Principe" dating back to the 15th century and located near the coast. During the summer, the castle comes alive with shows, events and concerts and hosts one of the most famous clubs in the nightlife of Cosenza. Also visit the historic centre of Sangineto (approx. 6 km), located on a hill and full of historic buildings, small churches and monuments. The nearby tourist cities such as Diamante (approx. 11 km), Belvedere Marittimo (approx. 11 km) and Scalea (approx. 28 km), full of restaurants, discos and pubs, are quickly reachable.
