Malniri Park

Summary: Malniri Park is a family owned property set high on a private plateau with stunning views overlooking the equine working farm and to the fertile lowlands of the Hawkesbury river. It is a thoroughbred horse farm for pre-training and horse agistment and has been operating in the Hawkesbury area for more than 40 years. The Space: The tiny house offers guests a comfortable stay with its well-equipped kitchenette, hot showers, a flush toilet, complete with air-conditioning and heating. There is a queen sized bed up in the loft and a sofa bed on the ground floor, which can be opened up to a double bed size. It can sleep 2 adults (in the loft) and 1 child (on the sofa bed) comfortably. We have a full bathroom with a flush toilet (connected to septic tank), basin and shower. Water is gas heated for your use. If you're using your own soap, shampoo, tooth paste, we ask that you bring biodegradable ones so that the grey water runoff does not harm the environment. Thank you! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings only. Guests are strictly not permitted to walk around the property as it is a working horse farm and thoroughbred horses are temperamental and can be dangerous. The Neighborhood: Rural/equine working farm, surrounded by other equine, agriculture and turf farms alike. Set on the banks of the Hawkesbury river Getting Around: We are located 12 minutes from the local township of Historical Windsor. A car is essential for getting around here. If travelling by public transport, local train station is Windsor and local taxis or Ubers are available. Other Things to Note: - No wifi - TV is available with free to air channels - One night's worth of firewood will be provided. If you need more, you may bring your own firewood or purchase from your host at the property - We are situated in the countryside and you may encounter insects such as spiders throughout your stay as these are part of the natural ecosystem of the bush Interaction with Guests: Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.
