This charming independent holiday home with private pool is located in the Hérault area, in the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, on the southern side of the Roquebrun village. This beautiful villa is only 50 minutes away from the Valras beaches, between Montpellier and Narbonne, and offers a breathtaking view over the Orb river and valley. The village and the river are within walking distance of the property. Leaning against the hill, at the end of a dead-end street, this property offers complete privacy as well as a solar shower, garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol. You will always find a place to relax in the sun or in the shade. The interior is just as inviting. Once you have passed the hall which gives access to the bedroom, the bathroom and a separate toilet, the bright living room, which is decorated with taste, offers space and beautiful high ceilings. You can leave your books at home, you will find everything you need here! From the living room, a staircase leads to a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a desk and ADSL internet connection. Upstairs, the second bedroom is air-conditioned, with a very convenient sink and a magnificent solarium from which the view is spectacular. On the ground floor, the large kitchen opens on the outside thanks to the bay windows. The Roquebrun picturesque village, also known as “Le Petit Nice”, located on the Orb banks, offers many activities. Its beautiful streets are decorated with mimosa flowers (which bloom in February) and are surrounded by orange, lemon and mandarin trees. The “Mediterranean garden”, with its superb collection of 400 typical plants, is worth seeing. Note: This property is not suitable for young children because of the steep slopes around it.
