This charming native stone house with pool and decorated with attention to detail, is situated in the the small village of Ričice. It consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic (lowest height 120cm), connected by internal stairs. For an enjoyable outdoor stay, there are several outdoor terraces and one covered with barbecue where you can prepare delicious delicacies for the whole family or friends. The attractive swimming pool will provide refreshment on hot summer days and has a breathtaking view of the Ričice Lake, which is only 150 m away. Our youngest guests will surely be delighted with the children's playground with its many amenities such as a slide, trampoline and playhouse. The Ričice Lake is ideal for walking and fishing and there is a paddle boat available for exploring nature. The beautiful pebbly beaches of the Makarska Riviera are only 40 minutes away by car and for nature lovers we recommend the national park Paklenica (55 km).
