Marvellous view of the Gulf of San Vito Lo Capo

Situated in a marvellous position 200 metres far from the lighthouse and only 30 metres from the sea, the house is located in a luxuriant garden of Mediterranean plants with a big palm tree in the middle. From the big terrace with colonnade (the very house’s heart), you can have a breathtaking view of the gulf as a perfect scenery for relax. The house is located 700 metres far from the main road and from the big beach. The harbour (beach, boat rental, sailing school, diving center, organized tours,) is 150 metres far. Nearby, it's possible to swim from the rocks or to use a wooden platform (with the possibility to rent sun beds and umbrellas). The position is excellent to let you leave your car and to move by feet or by bycicle (most of the village is pedestrian area). The bus stop to the beach is far about 300 m.; the service is available from June to September and it is free.
