Villa dei Primi is a holiday home in the quiet and green countryside of Salento, in Matino, a few kilometers away from th beaches of Gallipoli, its lovely old town centre and lively nightlife in the seafront bars. The villa accommodates up to 9 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, hair-dryer, tv, iron and ironing board, parking area. Pets are not allowed. The house in the countryside for 9 guests in the heart of Salento: Villa dei Primi in Matino The two-floor Villa dei Primi is framed by a well-kept and lush 7.000-square-meter garden and it`s introduced by a covered patio with dining area and barbecue. The rooms of the holiday home are basic but furnished with good taste, ideal for a comfortable holiday. On the ground floor there are the dining room with kitchenette and access to the garden and the sleeping area with two double bedrooms. In the corridor between the two bedrooms there is a single bed. Moreover, thereare two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the dining room. The bedrooms have access to the spacious terraces that can be used as solarium. The surroundings of Villa dei Primi The holiday home is a short drive away from the closest seaside locations such as Mancaversa with its rocky beach, Gallipoli with its beautiful sandy beaches and Torre San Giovanni, whose sandy beaches and crystal clear sea are loved by families. The old town centres of Matino, Parabita, Taviano and Gallipoli are lovely. The holiday home is ideal for guests who wish for a quiet holiday but still close to the Ionian sea.   - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Energy costs € 12 per day. - Heating costs € 12 per day. - Bed linen is on request at € 15 per person per week. - Extra charge of € 50 for late check-in (from 8 pm to 12 pm).
