Bright spacious self contained two bedroom apartment on the second floor of our home. Family friendly and business travellers. Eat in kitchen that is fully outfitted to cook in during your stay. Roku box and Amazon Prime Video for TV in living room. Three season sunporch. Near two butcher shops, pharmacy, Tim Hortons and a local grocery. Close to the International Bridge, Casino, Tour Train and Station Mall. Parking on site for one vehicle, message me if you have two vehicles please. Good for families, couples and business travellers. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided. Full size fridge and stove in kitchen. Large bathroom with tub/shower combo. Stocked with towels, soap, hairdryer etc. All linens for beds are provided and many extras for a comfortable stay. Check in times can be arranged to better suit your travel plans if necessary. Please message me with any request and I will do my very best to accommodate you! Electronic door knob for self check in anytime after 3 PM. You will stay in a self contained 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of our home. This is a private space and is NOT a shared space. Entrance is through the front door and up the stairs to the apartment with parking directly in front for your convenience. We now have self check-in. Door knob has keypad entry to building. Parking for one vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle please message me so we can make sure there will be two spots. This is particularly important during the winter months when there is no street parking. I am usually not too far from home and will be able to help you with anything you may need during your stay with us. Feel free to message me or pop downstairs if you need something that is not in the apartment. If you have forgot something like toothpaste etc, look in the bathroom closet. If there is none there, send me a quick message I have some in my stock cupboard. Quiet family friendly neighborhood. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Sault Locks and the boardwalk where the fishing decks on St. Mary's River and The Station Mall are located. R J's Market is a small grocery store just a 5 minute walk from the house and they have a hot deli takeout. Open 9 am to 9 PM daily. Hot food closes around 7 to 7:30. There are 2 butcher shops and a pharmacy close by. All are open Monday to Saturday. There is a bus stop only a few minute walk from the house and taxis are readily available for your transportation needs. All linens and towels are washed and dried with unscented detergent and natural fabric softener. There is no smoking in our home and never any animals in the apartment. We do not have any animals in our house either. Smoking outside is fine. Please message me if you will arrive with more than one vehicle especially during winter when there is no street parking. Please book for the proper number of guests.
