The place is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy pleasant walks in nature or discover the beauties of the Istrian peninsula. In this location you are only half an hour drive from major Istrian towns. If you drive west, you will be greeted by beautiful Rovinj and its picturesque old town. In the east, tourist Rabac and numerous bays with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea await you. If you drive south, you arrive in Pula, where there are many monuments from the past, such as the Roman amphitheater. Picturesque medieval places can be seen in the north, such as Motovun where an international film festival is held every year in late July. Traveling along the Istrian peninsula you will come across many wine roads and local taverns that offer indigenous delicacies. It is certainly a good way to get to know the local tradition and customs. Visit the nearby Učka Nature Park where you can enjoy the exceptional nature, which is adorned with many protected and rare animal and plant species. From the top of Vojak there is a phenomenal panoramic view of the Kvarner islands, Istria and Rijeka.
