Enjoy your morning cuppa or afternoon BBQ on the covered back verandah which has water glimpses. Osprey Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to the water’s edge of St. Georges Basin, IGA, newsagency, Cooee Pub, cafes and more. The large driveway and off-street parking is great for water enthusiasts who want to bring their boat and enjoy the fantastic fishing in the Basin. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests. PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond. RATES & AVAILABILITY The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only.
