Welcome to our functional studio apartment the feet in the water, located in a residence in front of the sea on the 8th floor with elevator. Ideally located on the embankment of La Baule: Boulevard de l'Océan, it is the ideal place for a stay by the sea for two. The assets of this studio : very well equipped, with a balcony giving on the other side of the residence which allows a lot of calm and a beautiful view on the pines of La Baule, the freshness of the balcony in summer thanks to its north-east exposure. You will be able to reach the center of La Baule and Pornichet on foot or by bike thanks to the bicycle and pedestrian paths just in front of your apartment. Immediate proximity to public transportation with a bus stop "Vagues de Mazy" in front of the residence, slightly on the right when leaving (Line L13 direction Gare de la Baule or Saint-Nazaire hospital through Pornichet). The studio consists of a single living room which is also the sleeping area with a sofa bed. You will find a table with two chairs for your meals as well as a TV and storage cupboards. In the same room, there is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, espresso machine, fridge, electric hob). - a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet - a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the back of the residence overlooking the pines of La Baule The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, parking is free (Boulevard de l'Océan and Avenue de Topazes). Arrivals are from 3pm and departures before 11am. Arrival and departure times are flexible according to the availability of the accommodation. Please note that when the departure schedule is fixed, it is not modifiable. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by one of the Guest Adom concierge team members, who will make sure that your stay runs smoothly and give you the keys to your accommodation. For your greater comfort, a cleaning fee will be charged. These include the installation of clean sheets and towels for each guest, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, cotton swab), as well as the cleaning* of the accommodation upon your departure. *COVID-19 : In order to guarantee your safety and to fight against the spread of the virus, we have adopted a strict health charter concerning the cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations in accordance with the recommendations made by the health authorities.
