"La Casa di Bambi" lovely, quiet and cozy apartment, surrounded by greenery. A peaceful location, in a family atmosphere, perfect for a restful stay, away from city center hustle and bustle. Very spacious, so bright, very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you may need, it's perfectly connected to city center, reachable in just 30 minutes thanks to FL3 line. Bracciano lake is also very close for spending lovely sunny days. The beach of the Tyrrhenian coast is also very close in just 40 minutes by car . In the neighborhood all essential services accesible on foot : supermarkets, restaurants, bank, drugstore. The apartment is large and homey and accommodates up to 4 people . Is composed as follows: - a master double bedroom with bathroom with tub/shower; - a bedroom with twins beds with TV. Ensuite bathroom with shower; - functional and fully equipped kitchen ; - large living room with a dinner area and a living area with TV; - a useful storage room for storing bags, luggage, shoes. - two balconies; Free services provided : - free parking on premises - ultra fast fiber optic network with Wi-fi PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is rented according to the following rules: A) 1/2 people: two-room apartment (one bedroom with bathroom, living room, kitchen, storage room, parking lot in the garage) B) 3/4 people: three-room apartment (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, storage room, parking lot in the garage). in both cases no other guests will share the apartment with you during your stay. In case you are in the situation mentioned at A) point (one or two guests) but you want the whole apartment available, you have to book for the full occupancy that means a reservation for 4 people C) The property does not have cots or small beds for children under three. Consider their accommodation before booking. D) If you need the apartment for a long time, please contact the host: discounts are available for stays longer than 30 days . NEW SANITATION MEASURES ADOPTED: In order to fight the COVID - 19 infection, "La Casa di Bambi" has taken further actions according to the recommendations and guidelines of the local health authorities and the Ministry of Health. Furthermore, from 1 April 2020, the interval time between one guest and the next is at least 48 hours . This is necessary for thorough cleaning, take all the indispensable sanitary measures and allow an essential aeration of the apartment. The host and house cleaners received full vaccination against COVID-19 infection. Briefly I want to let you known the disinfection measures used and the cleaning system implemented in the "House of Bambi" at each change of guest: Floors: we first hoover the whole floor of the apartment and then we clean it three times. First time with detergent in order to eliminate residues and dirt. Second time with detergent with sodium hypochlorite, the third time with detergent that is “medical surgical device”, approved by the italian Ministry of Health. For this reason it would be better for guests to take their shoes off when they are at home and wear shoes for domestic use only. Bathrooms: for bathroom fixtures and wall tiles cleaning we use detergent with sodium hypochlorite. Kitchen: the entire kitchen is cleaned with detergent with sodium hypochlorite or, when is not possible to use it because too much aggressive, with alcohol. Glasses, dishes, cups, cutlery, pots and pans are washed again even if the guests left them clean. The washing machine drum is cleaned every time with sodium hypochlorite. Door and windows handles, TV remote control, light switches, surfaces and so on : for all these objects and other surfaces we use detergents with alcohol or germicidal disinfectant. Bed linen and towels: bed linen (including the bed sheets covering the mattress), bath linen, kitchen towels, pillow cases and sofa pillow facings are washed in the washing machine at high temperature. We add disinfectant cleaner to the ordinary washing machine soap. Then we iron every item at the maximum temperature by using the steam iron. All cleaning tools (vacuum cleaners, brushes, nozzles, sponges etc. are cleaned after each use). The property provides hand sanitizer gel as well as detergents and disinfectants for home care
