Ancient countryside house that dates back to 1730, situated on a pretty hill (300 m a.s.l). Ideal position for excursions throughout the Monti Sabini and its beautiful: archaeological remains, the Abbazia di Farfa of 1100, Roccantica and Casperia. Broad view of the valley and of Monte Soratte in the distance. Property of approx. 6 ha with olive trees and vineyards and a spacious, equipped lawn with pine trees and age-old elms and with a small football/volleyball field (outdoor shower). The farmhouse where the caretaker lives is 200 m away. Access along 1.5 km of dirt track road. Please note: there is a spacious portico on ground floor. All rooms on first floor have access to a large terrace. Location: 3 km Poggio Mirteto (all kinds of shops), 4 km the natural oasis of Tevere-Farfa (canoeing on the Tevere river), 40 km Rieti, 50 km Rome. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
