Situated on all ground floor, this light and welcoming gîte provides more than enough room for all the family or larger groups with 1x double bedroom with ensuite, 1x twin bedroom with ensuite, and one additional twin room. Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite with shower Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom Bedrooms 2 and 3 share access to a second bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers (not baths). Along with its own open-plan kitchen and diner, living room with TV (French channels), and patio with barbecue, the gite is perfectly furnished for a self-catering break away. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, oven with hob and a plentiful selection of dishes and utensils. Each bathroom has its own large mirror vanity unit, toilet, and shower. Bathroom towels, and bed linens are provided, as well as a hairdryer, and clothes drying rack. A communal laundry house provides access to a washing machine. With free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a shared pool, and free onsite parking this gîte will surely keep every member of your group happy. The swimming pool is open from May - September (except during adverse weather conditions).
