French doors lead out into the bright conservatory and then onto the garden which has 2 patio areas, a lawn, rattan furniture and a BBQ. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over the top of the bath. The bedrooms consist of 1 king-size with TV, a twin zip-and-link (super-king-size on request) & a single room. On the 2nd floor there is bedroom with king size bed, a king-size zip-and-link (two singles on request) and a bathroom with large shower. There is parking for 3 cars on the driveway & unrestricted parking on the road. Up to 2 dogs are permitted and we do ask that they remain on the ground floor. Please request when booking.
