The luxurious villa MONASTIRI 1 is in a beautiful, quiet location above the roofs of Aghios Mattaios next to the villa PANTOKRATORAS, with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The villa with private infinity pool is set on a terraced hillside location and provides the right setting for a sophisticated holiday. Luxurious furnishings, elegant furniture, beautiful fabrics, harmonic colours, a magnificent terrace and pool area with sunbeds – everything you need for a luxury style holiday. Due to the hillside location the villa MONATRI 1 has a ground level entrance to the upper floor. The spacious and tastefully furnished living/dining area leads to the open kitchen and a guest toilet. There is direct access to a large roofed balcony with a unique view of the green hills, the surrounding landscape and villages of the island. The 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom each are one level further down. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a large balcony with a great view. Each of the bedrooms is fitted with a SAT TV and there is also a separate television room with direct access to the pool area on the same floor. The approx. 24sqm pool (7x3,50mtr, depth 1,45mtr, non-heatable, in operation between 1st May and 31st October) guarantees cool refreshment. Towels for the pool are provided and there are parasols, sunbeds and an outdoor shower at the pool. There is a granny annexe with a separate entrance in the basement of the house that is used by the landlord. There are some wild romantic trails winding through dense olive groves that lead from Aghios Mattaios to the close-by coasts and beaches of the island and to Paramonas, Skidi, Kanouli or Halikounas.
