The accommodation : The chic and cosy villa is presented on 2 levels, as follows: Level 1: - Large and bright living room with its beautiful openings overlooking the terrace and the pool. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV. - The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, hotplates, dishes and cutlery. The dining area has 2 glass tables for 6 and 4 people. - Master suite with Queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), TV and DVD player, dressing room, private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub (massage jets) for 2 persons. - Second master suite with Queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), en-suite shower room, separate WC. This room includes an outside access. Level 0 : - Third suite with a Queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), TV, private shower room. The room has access to a private terrace with a table and 2 chairs. - Bedroom 4 with a coloured Queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) - Room 5 with 3 single beds - Bathroom with shower shared with rooms 4 and 5 - Separate WC The villa includes small steps, not very accessible for people with reduced mobility, in wheelchairs. The exterior : - Private swimming pool heated from April to October, 32 m² by 1.20m deep. The pool has a safety cover. Use subject to favourable weather conditions. - Beautiful south-facing garden with a planted area of 400 m² and a carpeted area of 100 m² equipped with 6 deck chairs and a barbecue. - South-facing terrace of 55 m² with 2 wooden tables and 10 chairs. Part of the terrace is sheltered, allowing you to enjoy your meals without fear of the sun. - Garage of 40 m² including the laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) and the technical room of the swimming pool. Only 900 m from the Cavaliers beach, you will be in a peaceful cocoon sheltered from view, the ideal place for your reunion with family or friends. Activities : Anglet is a dynamic town on the Basque coast with plenty of activities in the centre and nearby. You can try out water and coastal sports such as paddle, sailing, boating, buoyancy... In particular, the town is equipped with very long cycle paths.
