For starter, you will enjoy a real high-end family home that will offer you everything you need to get your rest, a large heated swimming pool (May 15 to October 15 only), a jacuzzi, a terrace area to take your meals and coktails, petanque ground, ping-pong table, trampoline... In short, we didnt lie to you when we spoke about heaven. You also will enjoy a perfect (and priceless) location, only 2 km from the village of Valbonne, so you can easily reach all shopping and tourism activities. Outside the villa, you will enjoy 2700m² of private property land, including a terrace where you can have meals or cocktails, an overflowing heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and above all, a perfect South/Southwest exposure which will allow you to fully enjoy the sunsets with your family, or by yourself with your two favorite friends, Peace and Quiet. Inside the the house, built on one level and decorated with love and care, you will find : - A 65m² foyer. - An entertainment/TV room with the latest home-theater equipment. - A beautiful dining room with table for 10 people - An open-floor kitchen, fully equipped with everything you will need (including a Nespresso coffee machine… What else?) - A first master bedroom with 30m² of space, a king size bed, air conditionning, an open bathroom with bathtub, shower and twin vanity skin, huge dressing room (you’ll need to plan for a long stay if you want to fill it up completely!) - A second suit bedroom with private shower place, queen size bed and huge closet (without air conditionning but with a north exposure) - Two other bedrooms with air conditioning, storage attached to one common bathroom with bathtub and twin vanity skins. In the basement, you will find a laundry room as well as plenty of additional storage space. A housekeeper will be with you four hours one day per week days to help you maintain this gem of a villa during your stay. This is included in the rental price. CAUTION: FOR THE HEATED POOL, the pool heater operates as follows: - From May 1st until June 15th: maintains temperature at 22 degrees. - From June 15 to September 15: maintains temperature at 28 degrees. - From September 15 to October 31: maintains temperature at 22 degrees. Some geography, so you know where you are: - In addition to being only a few minutes from the picturesque village of Valbonne, where you will be able to enjoy the famous and delightful cuisine at the Auberge de la Source Inn, you will also be able to visit within a few minutes the following points of interest: - Reach the village of Biot in less than 20 minutes and explore the streets and alleys or savor some Grand Marnier crêpes at the old town’s crêperie. - Go to Grasse, also less than 20 minutes away, and visit the famous perfume factories. - Do a beach trip to Antibes or visit the Marineland aquatic park in less than 30 minutes. - Try the fine sand beaches in Cannes, Golfe-Juan or Juan-Les-Pins, 30 to 35 minutes away. - And for those who come here for work, the villa is only 13 minutes from the Sofia Antipolis tech center. To make your life easier: Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs. Good to know : Check-in and check-out are flexible (as we are) except when other guests leave or arrive on the same days you do, in which case check-ins are from 4 pm until midnight and check-outs are no later than 11 am. (Superman was available, but we could not hire Superhousekeeper!)
