Gîte de l'Aveines - FR-1-582-56

Located in a small rural village overlooking a small valley, the Gîte de l'Aveines bears the name of the stream which flows below and which joins the Allier river at Lavoûte-Chilhac at 2.5 km. Arranged in an old barn adjoining the owner's house, it combines the authenticity of stone with the comfort of its 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Nearby: St-Cirgues church 2 km away, Lavoûte-Chilhac 2.5 km away (priory, bridge over the Allier, small shops, tourist office), Langeac 13 km away (Jacquemart museum, feast of St-Gal in July, old districts, all shops and services). A step leads to the ground floor which consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area and a lounge area with a closed fireplace and TV. A separate WC is also accessible on this level. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms have a 140 bed and 1 bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. All 3 have their own complete private bathroom with separate WC for each. Small independent private land (50 m²) not adjoining.
