Offering one double bedroom, this property is an ideal getaway for a couple looking to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. The bathroom offers a bath with hand held shower, w.c and washbasin. The kitchenette is basic and ideal for preparing light meals or lunches to explore on days out. There is no oven or dishwasher at the property – you will find a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave along with crockery and utensils for up to 4 people. There is a breakfast bar with stools and butchers block for extra storage. In the living area you will find a large comfortable and relaxing sofa and tv. The apartment is naturally well lit with sky lights and south facing windows. Parking - There is no parking at the property. Cars should be parked at either of the two local Car Parks. Please do not park or unload at the property as the spaces are residential only. The nearest car park is just over the bridge, 2-3 minutes walk away. There is a small charge for parking here between the hours of 9am and 5pm from Monday to Saturday. There is no charge after 5pm and before 9am or on Sundays. Alternatively there is a free car park at Cleese Hall, which is approximately 5-10 minutes walk up Chapel Hill. Offering a number of amenities in close proximity to the property such as boutique and quirky shops, take-always including a Chinese and Camelford’s very own award winning chip shop. The Masons Arms Pub is opposite the property and here you will receive a warm welcome from both Camelford’s locals and tourists alike, serving hearty food and offering a take-away service.
