Grab your piece of beachside paradise! The Space: The property (both indoor and outdoor) is styled with open plan living and caters well to young families. To the left is the kitchen and living area with bifold doors leading onto the patio with BBQ and pool. The backyard is fully fenced (6 feet high) and offers a place for swim, play or relax. FEATURES INCLUDE: - There are 4 bedrooms (1 King in master with AC, 2 Queen beds, 2 King Singles) and 2 bathrooms (1 as an ensuite): Front Room Living Area: Features a large Smart TV, Split Air-Conditioning System, a large comfortable lounge suite to relax. This room overlooks the pool, located at the front of the home Main Living Room / Dining Room / Open plan kitchen: Features a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining suite with seating for 8, a large lounge with Smart TV Master bedroom: A plush King size bed, a split air-conditioning system, a ceiling fan, TV, walk-in wardrobe as well as private en-suite with walk in shower, vanity and toilet Bedroom 2: A plush Queen sized bed with built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: A plush Queen sized bed with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4: 2 x King Single Beds, built-in wardrobes, and a ceiling fan. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema and skateparks close by. - Maroochydore airport is a 15 minute drive - Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive - Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive - Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 5 minute drive - Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 5 minute drive - Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 10 minute drive - Caloundra is a 15 minute drive - Noosa Heads is a 40 minute drive Other Things to Note: Please note that only the Master bedroom has Air-conditioning *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* -No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) This property has a strict no party and no smoking policy. If you're after a larger gathering, this home is not suitable. Because this is a quiet residential area (and we are obligated to ensure Sunshine Coast Council noise restrictions are adhered to), any breaches to these policies will result in you and your guests being removed from the home without a refund.
