There are two parking on the left-hand side of the lodge, four steps takes you up to the wrap around decking, enter via the side door, which takes you into the utility room with cloakroom and laundry facilities. From the utility room you enter into a welcoming and well thought out open plan living area, offering plenty of space and light for the family’s enjoyment. The kitchen has a range of integrated appliances, a large double larder and a wonderful island, with an electric tower for the toaster and two stools, opposite there is a good-sized dining table and seating for 4, the sitting area offers comfortable seating for up to 6, with an electric log effect wood burning stove, and a 41’ smart TV. Patio doors lead you out onto the decked wrap around balcony, with garden furniture for 4. Perfect for relaxing and watching the everchanging spectacular night skies. To the rear of the lodge you will find the family bathroom on your left, with bedroom two directly ahead on the left-hand side, fitted with a super king zip and link bed, which can be twins on request. To your right is the master king bedroom, with a walk- in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Outside there is parking for one car, and a wraparound decked balcony with seating and some amazing views over the fishing lakes towards Ashey Down Roebeck Country Park is a family owned and operated park and set within beautiful countryside with views of the Ashey Valley. The park offers a secluded and tranquil location with a private fishing lake stocked with carp and tench (licence is required) and ancient woodland.
