Lovely secluded lodge beside the River Ystrad in tiny hamlet only a mile from Denbigh Castle. Recently renovated throughout to provide exceptional accommodation for eight people wanting an easily accessible rural retreat. Glorious gardens, meadows, and woods to explore in the immediate vicinity. Private garden and terrace with barbecue area and footbridge to wildflower meadow across the stream. As a self catering house you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay: Conservatory/ dining room opening onto a terrace with picnic table and barbecue. Library with fireplace and sitting area. Elegant sitting room with fireplace and TV Light and pretty playroom with second television. Immaculate custom built open plan kitchen with Aga, breakfast bar, electric oven with hob, Magimix, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Utility room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Downstairs shower room with loo. Master bedroom with superking size bed and balcony overlooking the river, two further double bedrooms (one with superking zip and link and one king size) all with hand basins, bunk room with adult size bunks. There are 3 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a loo and basin and a bath with a shower over it. The next bathroom has a loo and basin and a walk-in shower. The third bathroom, downstairs, has a loo and basin and a walk-in shower. Full central heating, log supply, 2 TV’s. WiFi access. all linen, towels, china, glass, kfs, etc supplied. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - Children under 6 not allowed because of close proximity of river. - Pets are not allowed at the property. Parking for two cars, Two hours cleaning per week included only for +7 nights stay.
