Emphasis was placed on authenticity, with thick stone walls, sand lime and natural ocher. The pellet stove brings warmth and light. It is a popular place for couples looking for tranquility. A quiet and relaxing stay: no neighbors, first road 500 meters away and a property surrounded by fields. Parking spots for cars at your disposal, and secure shelters for motorbikes can also be found. Nearby sporting and nature activities are available too. Feel free to also check out the following: the medieval town of La Charité, the remarkable flowered village of Apremont, the panorama of Allier's beak, walking paths along the canals, the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre... In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
