Northcote is a gentrified area, so the area has all the benefits of a great selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and everyday requirements; yet it is a pleasant distance out from the city, so it's not in the city. It is surrounded by Brunswick, Thornbury, Ivanhoe and Fitzroy North. Perfect for four, your stylish, new, corporate apartment accommodation is tucked into the quiet end of Campbell Grove, with stunning views over the city of Melbourne. The tram at the end of this short street runs right through the middle of Clifton Hill, Fitzroy and Collingwood to the south and Thornbury to the north. The small apartment complex combines the beauty of magnificent open-style architecture with light, water-filled gardens, and beautiful modern interior areas. This is a two-bedroom apartment: with a king bed and (splittable) queen bed. There's also a cot and high chair available if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot. All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay. The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne. GETTING THERE The easiest way to get to Northcote Hill Penthouse from anywhere is get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on the Hurstbridge train on Platform 9, and get off at Westgarth Railway Station. Walk back to Westgarth St and turn right, then get on the Tram 86 to Plenty Rd going up the hill, and get off before the top of the hill at Clarke St. Your apartment is 3 minutes walk from there. Just turn left on to Campbell Grove, just past the service station on the corner. *Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times: Arrivals between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00 Arrivals between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00 Arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00 Arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00 We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed, and your security deposit is processed; normally a week before arrival. A Guest Information Folder with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartments Check in On check in, the guest will be required to · provide a photo ID · sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions. Please ask us about this if it may not be possible. SECURITY BOND The Host requires a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The security bond needs to be paid directly to the host via a Verified SecureID MasterCard-Visa payment link. This will be sent to you by email once your booking is placed and the required initial deposit is paid to VRBO. The refundable security bond will be refunded within 7 days after the guest’s departure, subject to damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. 125% Satisfaction Guarantee.
