This excellent villa with private pool in the exclusive area of Son Ferrer (Calvià) -near Port Adriano- welcomes 5 guests. The exterior is perfect to enjoy the good weather in Mallorca as it includes: a large private salt pool that measures 16 x 6 meters and has a depth of 1.5 to 1.9 meters; 6 sun loungers as well as a garden bed where you can relax and enjoy the sun; and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy tasty barbecues for dinner. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The 2-storey house, which has been recently renovated, emanates warmth and charm thanks to its Scandinavian industrial style. On the ground floor we find the spacious living-dining room with Smart TV. The spacious kitchen offers an induction hob and a comfortable table next to the pool exit where you can enjoy your breakfasts. The washing machine is in the kitchen and you'll also find an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a second living room also with Smart TV and a bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. All three have a double bed, wardrobe, AC and Smart TV as well as access to the upper terrace. Another bathroom with shower completes this floor. The two livings and the kitchen also have AC. Finally, a cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby. The house is located in a beautiful urbanisation, Son Ferrer, belonging to Calvià. The area offers all the basic services for an independent stay and is located just 3 km from Port Adriano where you can enjoy the beach and the luxurious summer atmosphere. Alternatively, you can visit the Santa Ponsa golf course, which is only 8.1 km away. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family.
