House in Santa Cristina d'Aro with 20. 000 m2 of land, all fenced. Ideal for families with children, who can play quietly. There is a large terrace with barbecue. It has 5 spacious rooms, all with bathroom. There is one with a jacuzzi and another with a round bathtub, all located on the same floor. Most rooms have television. There is also a billiard room and we provide a ping pong table and a table football, as well as garden furniture. Beaches 3.8 km away and next to the Costa Brava Golf Club. We do not accept groups of children under 25 years. Pets are not allowed inside the house. At the time of entry, the cleaning fee must be paid at the end of the stay (€ 130) and the tourist fee (€ 0.90 per person over 16 years and day of stay, with a maximum fee of 7 days per person).
