Immersed in the mountain landscape of the Belluno Dolomites, 12 km from the ski resorts of Nevegal, this holiday home is the ideal solution for those who wish to enjoy peace and silence of nature, but at the same time have a strategic base to visit the rich surrounding territory. In addition to ski slopes and mountain biking and hiking trails, just 30 km away, is lake Santa Croce, ideal for sailing, wind surfing, kitesurfing and paragliding. The house is surrounded by one acre of land available to guests and a portion at the back of the house is fenced specifically for those clients traveling with pets. The lawn below with the wooden deck where you can sunbathe, the grill, the large table under the trees, the swing, the space dedicated to football or other sports are the ideal place to spend unforgettable moments of relaxation. The house is located on the Alta Via delle Dolomiti n. 1 which runs along a path of about 125 km and 7.300 m of uphill gradient, which connects Lake Braies (BZ) with Belluno. Art and culture lovers can visit Belluno, with its old historic center, passing to the nearby Feltre (30 km), a walled city that climbs up the hill dominated by the castle, up to the main Venetian cities: Venice (100 km) unique jewel in the world; Treviso (86 km) with the beautiful facades of the frescoed palaces; Vicenza (100 km), with its Palladian architecture. The house is also an excellent base for sportsmen: trails for hikers and mountain bikes start directly from the house; and numerous cycle paths and roads that climb the mountains make it an ideal destination for cycle tourism. Belluno offers a wide range of shops and there is also a rich food and wine offer with locally produced products such as fresh cheeses from the mountain huts, where you can also taste the typical local cuisine. While the road of Prosecco runs between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene: 120 km of trails winding through vineyards, cellars and ancient villages.
