Hobreid House country stay with a beautiful garden (pets welcome)

Summary: Your hosts are Samuel & Ruth who are super friendly and love hosting guests. The accommodation is under the same roof of your hosts however the guest section is blocked off from the main house and guests have a private entry located on the verandah. All bedrooms, bathroom and living area is just for the guests only and private. The bathroom is an ensuite in one of the bedrooms. Gardens surround the house, these consist of mature trees, shrubs and perennial planting. Many native birds call the property home. Hanging Rock and Mt Macedon are in easy reach. Your stay includes continental breakfast. The Space: Two bedrooms are available for guest use - one well appointed queen sized bedroom with an ensuite and one bedroom containing 1 double bed. It's ideal for a total of 3 guests. A comfy sitting room adjoins the bedrooms and it has a TV and DVD player. There is a kettle, microwave, some dishes/silverware, tea and coffee for you to use. Guest Access: Guests will be greeted by Ruth upon arrival and shown how to get into the accommodation. The Neighborhood: We live on the edge of a rural community and are surrounded by horse or cattle properties. There are several places to eat at nearby including Holgates Hotel and The Victoria Hotel for pubs. Restaurants include Kuzu Izakaya (Japanese), Khao Jaow (Thai), Noodle Dynasty (Asian), Sizzler Restobar, Vespas Woodend (pizza), Super Lekker (Hamburger) or Double Eight (Chinese). If you're looking for lunch/lighter food you could try Paysanne Cafe, Milko Cafe, Cosy Corner, Cafe Latte, Maloa Deli or Woodbury Cafe. Getting Around: There is no public transport servicing our area, your will need to self-drive. Other Things to Note: You will need transport to reach Woodend comfortably (5 minutes). Otherwise it is about a 40 minute walk. Interaction with Guests: Ruth & Samuel are available on request if guests need assistance.
