Charming and traditional house of the italian Ligurian Riviera, located in the little village of Guagnolo, a little hamlet of houses in the first countryside, not far from the sandy beaches of Andora and Alassio. Perfect for nature, trekking, and cyclist lovers, Ca d\'Artista is fully renovated and beautifully furnished. It derives its name from its artistic flair. It is composed by a spacious and luminous living room, from which our Guests have access to the terrace with sea view in a distance, furnished with gazebo and where, during summer months, our Guests can regenerate and relax under the pergola in their total privacy. At disposal, a barbecue for summer barbecues. The house provides a nice kitchen, equipped with every comfort. It also provides a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, the first one with double bed and the second one, with two single beds which, on request, can be set as a second double bed.
