Nice apartment of over 40 square meters, is located on the seventh floor of an elegant and modern building, with a lift. Comfortable and bright, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The house is located near the Grande Raccordo Anulare, the military town Cecchignola, the EUR district (Nuvola di Fuksas, Palalottomatica, Luneur), the Ifo hospital, the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome, the airports of Ciampino and Fiumicino and at the Laurentina metro station. All easily accessible! The apartment consists of a beautiful and comfortable living area with a relaxation corner and a double sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, an open kitchen and a modern and functional bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. Large and comfortable terrace, overlooking the agro pontino and the EUR, equipped with table and chairs to relax in the open air. In the apartment there are also air conditioning (2 splits - in the double bedroom and in the living area), WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Guest Access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to highlight At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Upon arrival, a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome. Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the hotel and include a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24.00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
