The community swimming pool could be closed due to restrictions. Nearby you will find a promenade to Alcala - perfect for romantic evening walks and energetic morning jogs. There is a heated pool and private garage. The Space: New renovated apartment in Puerto de Santiago. Each morning gorgeous views of the ocean will greet you because the complex is right on the oceanfront. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room combined with a kitchen and big terrace with a wonderful view of the ocean, the cliffs of los Gigantes and La Gomera island. There is a very cosy little terrace facing the inner yard of the complex and inviting you to sit down there with a good book in your hands. In the apartment there is internet. In the complex there is also a heated swimming pool. The apartment is in a very calm location next to the long and beautiful promenade along the coast. The closest shop is 5 minutes away. While staying in this wonderful apartment peaceful and cozy rest is guaranteed. Guest Access: The guests will use entire apartment. There is a fully fitted kitchen, two ensuite bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, A/C in the main bedroom and unlimited internet access. There is a communal heated swimming pool, which may be used by the guests. The Neighborhood: The apartment is close to all amenities, which include groceries (Super Dino), main beach Playa de la Arena, oceanfront promenade to Alcala. Getting Around: There is a taxi station and bus stop nearby. Guests may use private garage that belongs to the apartment. Other Things to Note: On 17 March 2021, the European Commission adopted a legislative proposal establishing a common framework for a EU Digital COVID Certificate covering vaccination, testing and recovery. It is an EU-wide approach to the issuing, verification and acceptance of certificates facilitating free movement within the EU, based on strict respect for non-discrimination and the fundamental rights of EU citizens. The EU Digital COVID Certificate is a digital proof that a person: * has been vaccinated against COVID-19, or * a SARSCoV2 diagnostic test has been performed with a negative result, or * has recovered from COVID-19 If you arrive in Spain from another country, you should know that it is compulsory to fill out and sign the Health Control Form (FCS in Spanish).
