This stunning waterfront home has a lovely sense of grandeur with everything you need to relax, including WI-FI and a complimentary bottle of wine with each booking. Colours has a serious WOW factor, boasting magnificent waterfront ocean views, and is only a 50 metre stroll to the beach. A new picture presents itself every day and the clear westerly ocean view gives you majestic sunsets. The back decking boasts country views. This large home offers four bedrooms, the master with floor to ceiling sliding door windows so you can watch the waves roll in as you awake and hear the roar of the ocean as you go to sleep. A luxurious ensuite completes this beautiful space. With a further three large bedrooms, sensational open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, this is a perfect retreat for two families. A large back decking and BBQ area completes this home. Beautiful in the summer with a roof top decking, and cosy in the winter with central heating and a fireplace. Of course, the location is only a 90 minute drive from Melbourne and a 10 minute drive to San Remo and Phillip Island. From the house it's a leisurely walk to the Kilcunda General Store / Cafe and Killy Pub. Bed configurations: Master - Queen 2nd Bedroom - Queen 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bunk Base and Single Top 4th Bedroom - Queen and Single Linen is supplied for the number of people booked. The property is not fenced, however the back decking is fenced, please see images in the listing. Dogs are most welcome, we just ask that they do not jump on furnishings and beds. NO SCHOOLIES We are not taking this current climate and environment lightly. We also understand that for many escaping for a period of time is necessary. We would like to assure you that our properties are being managed in compliance with www.health.gov.au as are our cleaning team. Due to our additional cleaning measures we have increased our cleaning fees slightly to accommodate these extra measures. We try our best to accomodate early check ins and late check outs where possible, this is dependant on bookings however either side of dates booked. Please rest assured we will communicate when alternate times can be offered.
