There is a separate powder room upstairs. Bedroom 3 is a mezzanine/loft bedroom and offers a Queen Bed + Single Sofa Bed by special request. This area is accessed via a steep nautical style stairway with double balustrade. The living-dining-kitchen areas are large, extensively glazed and offer the best views in the house! The design is open plan and wraps around the large outdoor dining and entertaining balcony. The kitchen offers beautiful timber tops and is fully equipped for your needs. An entertainment nook in the living area offers large screen HDTV, Freeview and Smart TV with Netflix, integrated sound system, board games and air-conditioning/heat pump.
