The Shallows is brand new luxury accommodation in Shell Cove and a few minutes walk from the nearly completed Shellharbour Marina. Shellharbour village, local parks, shopping, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful beaches are all within a 5-15 minutes walk. The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas are well appointed and lead out onto a large undercover outdoor area with plenty of seating available. A gas BBQ is available. A large grassed area provides ample space for the kids to play. The living room is spacious with a large white leather lounge. A 65" 4K TV has foxtel and Netflix available. A DVD player with a selection of DVD's is also available. The Dining area is adjacent to a high spec kitchen complete with quality Bosch appliances, including a 900mm freestanding cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The butlers pantry has a microwave, a second sink and a coffee machine. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with WIR and a private ensuite complete with walk in shower and a rain shower head. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with built in robes. The 3rd bedroom has 2 x bunkbeds accommodating 4. There is a weight limit for the top bunks of 80kgs. An upstairs retreat/lounge has an additional sofa bed and another 4K TV. A walk out balcony offers views of the ocean and the escarpment. "The Farm" at Killalea has monthly markets on the 1st Sunday of every month (10 min walk). Outstanding views of the ocean and this iconic beach are a highlight. Numerous food stalls provide a great selection of international cuisine. After browsing the local crafts and markets you can grab a seat and take in the vista listening to the live music on the lawn. Golfers can tee off at the links golf club approximately 2 kms away then stay for a relaxed drink and maybe a meal at the bistro. Linen and Towels are Provided. Initial Breakfast Supplies Provided. The Shallows is NOT a party house and we respect our neighbours and as such we have a low noise policy after 10pm.
