This charming villa is situated in the countryside of Salento, a few km away from Gallipoli. The property is an oasis of tranquility boasting a wonderful relaxing atmosphere the whole day long. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden enhanced by the beautiful vegetation of herbs and plants typical of the area. The heated pool of regular shape is the main attraction of the property located behind the villa and near the olive grove. A large stylish gazebo is ideal to spend the moments of total relaxation, the large windows and interiors create stylish and unique atmosphere. The entry foyer leads to the living room comprising a bright sitting area and well-equipped kitchen with a sofa bed and TV. A hallway leads to the sleeping area located on the upper floor, with two double bedrooms, one twin and 3 bathrooms with shower. Given the presence of very cool basement floor, the villa offers two other double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower as well as a sitting area with comfortable sofas. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating for out of season stays, offering accommodation for up to 6 guests, a complete privacy and comfort.   - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Mandatory towels fee: euro 25 per person per week to pay upon arrival.  - Pool available from June to September. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.   - Pets are accepted at €100 per stay. - Energy costs € 22 per day. - Heating costs € 30 per day. - Bed linen is on request at € 25 per person per week. - Extra charge of € 50 for late check-in (from 8 pm to 12 pm). - Pool available from June to September - Opening Pool on request with extra payment € 500.
