There’s plenty of room for families or friends with three bedrooms, two bathrooms over two floors. A great base for your beach break. The Space: Set over two floors this home offers great space for your holiday at the beach. You’ll have access to the garage and two off-street car parking spaces. On the ground floor is a bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen bed and sliding doors to a private courtyard. As well as the laundry with washer and dryer. Upstairs is the bright and breezy kitchen, living and dining area. With sliding doors opening out onto the large north facing deck with further dining seating and BBQ. The view from here is awesome……… The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’ll be able to login to your Netflix account on the living room TV. Take pleasure in the ocean views from the master suite queen bed. It has a handy safety box if you need to store any valuables. The third bedroom has large bunk beds comfortable enough for adults as well as kids. We have two bikes for you to use during your stay. Please don't use these on the beach. Refer to the guest book at the property for the lock number. The walkways to the Golf course and beach are just a few meters away. Take the kids to play in the park at the Berescourt Reserve. Pick up a coffee at George and relax whilst the kids make new friends at the patrolled Omanu beach. A single garage is available for your convenience as well as street and two off-street spaces. A tenant Lives in a completely separate unit to the left of the house downstairs, there are no shared areas and you wouldn't know he was there. The Neighborhood: Marvellous Mount Maunganui A favourite amongst travellers young and old……..a brilliant base for everyone with so much to do and so much to explore….. you’ll be left with wanting more. Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao. At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Everyone has the option of taking a leisurely stroll around the flat base. The more adventurous will have fun reaching the top and be rewarded with the spectacular 360-degree views. Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables…….Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas. Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Picnic on the grassy shore & watch the fishermen launch their boats and cargo ships come and go. Head to main beach where new surfers can grab a lesson and watch the more experienced catch a wave or two. If the wind is up the kite surfers will be out in force. Or just chill and enjoy a refreshing swim. Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses…..Summer or Winter there’s no excuse not to get the clubs out. For groceries you’ll find an accessible New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and a slick city eatery. 10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema. Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.
