TOM13 stands for Tanja - Oliver - M ... str. 13 The guest apartment consists of a living area (incl. TV) with an open kitchen, a dining area and a PC corner. The bathroom with toilet, sink and shower also has a bathtub. The large bedroom with 24 sqm consists of two 1.40 x 2m beds, several closets and dressers with lots of storage space, as well as a TV. The room can be divided by a curtain between the beds. Adjacent is a 30 sqm terrace with a seating area and gas grill. You live in about 75 square meters of living space + outdoor area. The prices include: Water, electricity, gas, WiFi Fresh towels every week. Fresh linen every two weeks (for long-term stays). 1x final cleaning Pets are not allowed.
