The house is semi-detached with two other houses. It is with one of these houses that you share a fenced plot and a common swing. You also have your own lawned garden. The house has a beautiful and authentic interior which is very well maintained. You will immediately feel at home in this accommodation equipped with every comfort and a beautiful living room with period tiling. The house is located right in the middle of the main tourist attractions of La Manche. Visit the beautiful town of Villedieu-les-Poêles (8 km), known for its copper crafts and its bell foundry. In half an hour the course, you will arrive at the famous Mont-St. Michel (45 km) or the town of Saint-Lô (34 km), known for breeding racehorses. The coastal strip between Granville and the seaside town of Agon-Coutainville (35 km) is home to beautiful sandy beaches. The closest is that of Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal (25 km). Surprise your children with a day full of fun at the Bréville-sur-Mer amusement park (25 km).
