The house includes 4 king beds and two twin beds and two full bathrooms. 6 to 8 car driveway. there are only two low steps to get into the house and no steps inside which makes it GREAT for older adults and small children. BOOK TODAY!! If your booking for the holidays or a wedding, reunion , or birthday event. your going to love this Home. It has a kitchen with everything in it you'll need to make a memorable holiday memory for all occasions. You will also have all the extra beautiful white serving trays, wine glasses, cutting boards, many pie plates, many bowls and linens to serve a Special meal that no one will soon forget!!! And a decorated Christmas tree. From the moment you walk in to the home that's exactly how you will feel! As if you just arrived HOME. The furnishings are new and One bedroom is behind the garage that has a private back door entrance and a full bathroom just outside the bedroom door offering privacy. There are two twin beds that can be put side by side to become a 5th king size bed. or added individually to three of the bed rooms. the house is a long ranch style home with only two steps to up it get up into the house it is great for elderly and small children. The far end of the house has three bedrooms and a huge bathroom with a jet tub. All 4 bedrooms have new big flat screen TV's A great way to relax at the end of a long day!!!! Short n long term Corporate Housing is also available. There are two refrigerators in the kitchen. Do you have space to unwind and relax????? YES! there is a huge half acre back yard where you can walk around or sit and watch the sunsets in the evenings when its warm. the back patio lights up romantically in the evenings and has a new gas grill and gas fire pit. there is a washer and dryer that you can use in the heated and cooled garage. Only the Second Garage in the backyard is not accessible to guests during your stay. Great neighbors on both sides of the house, who are super respectful. if your looking for a place to stay close to everything you'll need to have a great stay you just found it! There will always be two of us that you can reach at anytime during your stay. A whole house rental is usually a self check in. One of most favorite thing about homes location is it is only minutes away from everything you could need or want living in a big city. The house is nestled on a wooded street great for walks, and bike riding. Only a half mile from the house is a place to pray which the house is named after "The Bergamo Retreat" a Catholic training campus for priests and Brothers for the University of Dayton University. it is the second most sacred place in Ohio. the first, is Serpent mound. Everything a big city has can come right to your front door here in Dayton Ohio. Uber if you need a ride, door dash if your Hungry. Bring your bike and relax in the warmer months. there is plenty of space for everyone to feel they have their space.
