As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This caravan has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is additional sleeping space in the caravan ,comprising a camp bed. There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink .The shower room with sink is separate. Linen and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - There is an on site laundrette for your use. - 1 well behaved dog is allowed at the property with a deposit of £50 , park rules dogs must be kept on leads at all times due to the wildlife, there's crazy golf , mini train ride, aqua Park during the summer , kids indoor soft play, food drink, swimming , pool games machines in the venue and outside deaking overlooking the marina and wild life , mini funfair and arcades, the willow pub next to the fair and set in 250 acres of beautiful woodland lakes fishing wildlife, great scenery suitable for all ages.
