Apartment on 2 floors with 2 terraces, sea view and pool for 4 persons The apartment is quietly located in one of the best areas of Saint-Raphael, Les Plaines district. The complex was built individually in the style of a small Provencal village and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The complex can only be reached via a secure access road. The apartment is located in the 1st. OG and has 2 floors. The apartment is currently being refurnished, as we have just bought the apartment, therefore, the photos are still the "old furniture" to see. On the lower floor there is the separate kitchen, as well as guest toilet and the spacious living room with access to the lower terrace. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the interior of the complex with its spacious pool area. In the upper floor you will find the bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, a separate toilet and the charming, cozy bedroom with access to the large roof terrace with sea view (of course, the terrace is still equipped with 2 sun loungers and 2 chairs and table for the glass of rosé in the evening).
