Your light-flooded room for one or two persons is located on the first level of the single-family house. Embedded in a classical ambiente of suburban single-family houses you will find as much silence and relaxing time you need. The centralized location of my home enables you to reach out to Würzburg downtown, the Residenz, Fortress Marienberg or even Mainfrankensäle within 15 min. Suitable for roadtrips, you may find the highways A7 and A81 five minutes away from the apartment. Feel like a home from home on your own 20 square meters of living area. Your room is located through the main door, upstairs front side. The shower and the tube, as well as the main bathroom, are located next to your room. Up to two guests will find comfortable sleep at their own 100cm x 200cm single beds. You will also find a coffee-maschine, a water boiler, coffee, a selection of tee, an induction cooking plate and an own fridge at your room. A big wardrobe and enough hangers for an extend stay. This room offers a french balcony which enables you to keep the ceiling high windows fully open at any time. WiFi is free of charge, towels are prepared for you as well. A blow drier and an iron are also both available at your room. If necessary, we´ll also place a 60 cm x 120 cm babybed in your room as well. If you want to spend the night with your child in your bed, we do have safety arrangements available to prevent it from falling off the bed. By looking through the big windows, you will see a part of the garden with a huge 300cm² trampoline, free to use for your kids. (max. 150kg) So your kids may enjoy themselves while you may take the time to relax or to work in your room a bit. Your key to enter the house is stored at a keysafe next to the main entrance. We´ll send you the code to open the safe in the morning of your arrival day. Last-minute bookers will receive the code together with the booking confirmation.
