VILLA DANUTA - WISELKA, big garden,1,8km to beach.

This is a 175sqm house- built in 1999 on a 1,250sqm fenced plot. 2020-completely renovated. On the island of Wollin-directly at the Wollin National Park. 1.8km walk through the forest to the beach. Central heating plus fireplace. 4 bedrooms (1 x on the ground floor and 3 x on the upper floor.) Each bathroom has an attached en-suite bathroom. Additional- 1 guest toilet on the ground floor. Hot water is heated electrically in 2 large boilers (total 270 liters). (no extra - electricity bill!) Rooms are very nicely furnished (very comfortable beds, wardrobe/ dresser/ clothes hanger). Good cut of the rooms, very bright. In 3 bedrooms there is also a desk. Common area on the ground floor is about 75sqm. In the kitchen you will find everything you need in the kitchen;-): a 4-plate induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, Italian espresso maker, French press+ enough dishes, glasses and cutlery (also cooking pots and pans for a large family or group of friends). There are two living rooms: a big one (we call it "pavillon"-with 3 huge windows to the garden. With a 3m long table to seat 12 people and nice/cosy sofa-area. In the small living room/salon (also with huge windows overlooking the garden) there is a fireplace, big TV (smart TV), a sofa + 3 armchairs. What is really great about this house - is the back to the southwest facing huge garden (the property is 1,250sqm) with a campfire pit, a large covered summer dining area, a barbecue, a fish smoker (if you know how to operate it;-) Here you can really relax your soul. WIFI (flatrate) for the guests: free of charge. Parking place for 3 cars - directly in front of the house (the whole property is fenced). Bed linen/towels are provided by the landlady and are included in the price. In the house you can stay with max. 9 adults. There is additionally a children's double bunk bed for 2 children and a small-baby-bed. So 9 adults/children + 3 children are possible max. The house is ideal both for a large family, 2-3 friendly families/couples. The house is located on the island of Wollin (west coast of the Polish Baltic Sea), in a cottage settlement ca.1,5km from the village center Wiselkas , directly on the Wollin National Park. Attention -last 1km access road on a bad, unpaved road - especially in autumn/winter and rain to be considered. 45min drive from Szczecin Goleniow Airport 1h drive from Szczecin 2,5-3h - car ride from Berlin 1km to the golf club Amber Baltic. The center of Wiselka with many small stores, cafes and restaurants is 1.5 km away (a nice path through the forest or on a protected sidewalk along the road leads there). The star hotel "Villa Park" in Wiselka - open all year round - with its excellent restaurant and wellness center is also 1.5 km away. To Misdroy (Miedzyzdroje) it is 10km. In Misdroy there is a nice, small SPA center which can send masseuses with mobile massage bed directly to our house. The small lighthouse KIKUT - the second smallest in Poland but the highest on the Polish Baltic coast - can be found after a 25min walk through the forest. The Wollin National Park starts directly at the front door. You don't have to cross any busy road anymore. This park (with very interesting ice age formations -small hills, valleys) - that are old beech trees, blueberries, romantic forest clearings, then closer to the beach: pine trees - altogether a ca.1,8km walk through a fairy tale forest to the beach (fascinating in every season). Sometimes you wonder what is more beautiful: the beach or the forest... Thanks to the National Park, which like a natural belt protects the Baltic coast at this point - you will find one of the most beautiful Baltic beaches. Wide, wide, white sand and even in the summer months of July-August guaranteed plenty of space (we have always been able to easily play football on the beach in midsummer). No "lying close to each other", lots of air, lots of space at any time of the year! In Wiselka you will also find a beautiful swimming lake. 500m from the house - there is a small lake Zatorek, where you can fish. Great routes for joggers in the forests around.
